Get help through the Legal Advice Line, a free legal help line available to qualified low-income residents in the Bay Area. The Legal Advice Line provides advice in all languages on a range of civil law matters. Lawyers can provide legal advice to a caller, schedule appropriate clients for an appointment at a neighborhood office, or give the caller a helpful referral to other social organizations if necessary. The Legal Helpline provides free legal information, advice, and referrals to Ohio residents 60 years of age and older, regardless of income or resources. Appointments are made in 30-minute blocks so callers can speak to a lawyer who handles calls for legal advice. Assistance and advice to small businesses with regard to the goods and services they purchase when acting as consumers, i.e. Not intended for resale. The Legal Helpline is a free service provided by the Center for Elder Law & Justice that provides answers to brief legal questions and referrals to other legal resources for individuals in New York State. The helpline is staffed by lawyers and certified law students who answer questions on various legal issues, including consumer protection, health insurance, housing issues, and more. Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida`s (CLSMF) HELPline is a telephone, short-term, pro-se, and referral counselling system for low-income, seniors, and other vulnerable individuals with civil law issues in Central Florida. Lawyers who answer helpline calls provide immediate brief legal services and/or referrals to eligible clients. When calling the Legal Helpline, speak to an admissions specialist who will gather basic information such as name, address, date of birth, phone number, etc. and the general nature of your question or problem (helpline lawyers use this information when calling back). Providing this information to the admissions specialist will allow the helpline lawyer to focus more on your questions and explain the options.
