(B) Grade 3, crimes against the person, if such release from criminal proceedings results in serious bodily harm to a person during the commission of the offence; or (2) reckless and unauthorized discharge of a firearm into a home where there is no human being; or (7) the State Fire Marshal, the Deputy State Fire Marshal or any member of a fire department authorized to carry a firearm under K.S.A. 31-157 and its amendments during an investigation in which such arsonist marshal, member of Parliament or member is authorized to carry a firearm under K.S.A. 31-157 and its amendments; or 21-6308. Criminal discharge of a firearm. (c) Paragraph (a)(1) does not apply if the law violates paragraph (d) of K.S.A. 2012 Supp. 21-5412 and its amendments. (2) Subsection (a)(2) is a Grade 8 personal crime; and (6) detectives or special constables who are regularly employed by railway or other companies to provide security or investigative services on a full-time basis while they are actually performing their duties; (A) Grade 7, crimes against the person, except as provided for in paragraph (b)(1)(B) or (b)(1)(C);.
